payment not authorized yet charge shows on card - no license key

hello, i recently purhsed one year subscription for paralllels pro. During checkout the response was "payment not authorized" yet i have the charge on my card, and i don't have a license key. please advise.

Yes i have this same issue. I didn't mean to charge my card or renew just yet but it was charged yesterday yet i have no way to get the key showing as renewed. Why is that??

I guess I might have caused an issue simply by looking to see what card would be charged. So it went ahead and charged it. I have a screenshot of the charge. Please help. None of the links for support seem to lead to anyone doing any support work for this product. So they have the money and I don't have the product upon purchase.

Help please.
