Hi, I'm trying to install the demo version of Parallels 18 on my new Mac Studio with Apple M2 Max and 32 Gb but it doesn't seem to install. I do everything as instructed but after running the downloaded demo package nothing happens and the software doesn't install. Are there any known problems with my version of Mac? What should I do? For us to further investigate this issue, we require a technical report.
Kindly follow the below steps to provide us with the technical report:
1. Restart your Mac Studio.
2. Download Parallels Desktop 18.3.2 from the below link:
https://download.parallels.com/desktop/v18/[URL='http://builds.prls.net/build/PDFM/18.3.2-53621/']18.3.2-53621/ParallelsDesktop-18.3.2-53621.dmg[/URL]
3. Double-click on the downloaded dmg file mount to it into Finder.
4. Launch Terminal ( Finder > Applications > Utilities > Terminal).
5. Execute the following command:
/Volumes/Parallels\ Desktop\ 18/Parallels\ Desktop.app/Contents/MacOS/prlsrvctl problem-report --send --stand-alone
6. Wait for the Technical Report to be generated.
7. Reply this post back with 9-digit Technical Report ID.
