Parallels desktop 10: "You have reached the maximum number of activations available"

Hi, I recently migrated to a new Mac and am having the exact same problem with my license.
What do I need to do?

We have made changes to the activation key. Please follow the instructions below:
1. Quit Parallels Desktop, then try to activate after launching it again.
2. If you are still unable to activate, Open Terminal on the Mac and execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online

I have same problem too (I've already sign-out and uninstall the PD11 on my old Mac), is that necessary to fix it one by one privately without updating the licensing bug/issue?

Hi I have Parallels Desktop 11 and removed the old software and reformatted the drive on my old MacBook Pro, yet I am still receiving the maximum activation reached message. I also tried the terminal command above and still not resolved. Please help. I have my key and my email receipt of the original purchase. Parallels will only be used on one machine, my current MacBook.

Hi,
I have the same issue as well. I use Parallels 11 at work on my MacBook and I've received a new one today but I'm unable to transfer my license to my new machine. I already signed out on my parallels installation @ my old Mac.

I am using Parallels 10.
I finished uninstalling from my old mac.
Still, however, the new mac says I reached maximum activation.
Please fix.

Hi,
I am using Parallels Desktop 11.
I've logged out and uninstalled it from my old MBP.
But installation on my new MBP is showing dialog.

Unable to confirm the product license.
You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key (http://www.parallels.com/eula). Please purchase a new product license.

Please help me.

Thanks.
