Hello.

My Parallels setup has two older Mac OS X virtual machines (for old software that doesn't run on modern macOS). One PVM running Mac OS X 10.9.5 and one PVM running Max OS X 10.11.6. Neither of the two PVM's boot under Parallels 20.0.0-55653, only showing a black screen.

Fortunately reverting back to Parallels 19.4.1-54985 helps getting up-and-running again.

Is this a known issue, will it be fixed in a coming update?

Thank you for reaching out. It seems like you're experiencing compatibility issues with older macOS virtual machines in Parallels 20.0.0-55653. Based on your description, reverting to version 19.4.1-54985 resolves the problem.

This may be a known issue with Parallels 20, as new versions sometimes introduce changes that can affect older virtual machine setups. I recommend checking if parallels has released any updates or patches addressing this issue in their latest version. You can also contact Parallels support directly for further assistance or updates regarding the fix in upcoming releases.

In the meantime, staying on version 19.4.1 seems like the best temporary
