Snapshot never completes for macOS 13 guest running on macOS 13 M1 host with Parallels 20.0.0

Parallels 20: older Mac OS X versions do not boot
Hello. My Parallels setup has two older Mac OS X virtual machines (for old software that doesn't run on modern macOS). One PVM running Mac OS X 10.9.5 and one PVM running Max OS X 10.11.6.
