getting this msg atm :
You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key (http://www.parallels.com/eula). Please purchase a new product license.

I Have 2 Activation Keys, and I have the same problem for both.

Hi @AlessioA2
We have reset the activation key's. Please follow the instructions below:
1. Open Terminal on the Mac and execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online
2. Quit Parallels Desktop and restart it.

Hello MirkoG1,

We have made changes to the activation key. Please follow the instructions below:
1. Quit Parallels Desktop, then try to activate after launching it again.
2. If you are still unable to activate, Open Terminal on the Mac and execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online

Thanks,
Ajith M.

I need some help with activating my parallels desktop 11 for Mac license. My Parallels has been working fine for a while. My macbook broke and our IT gave me a new one but moved my SSD to avoid the nuisance of installing all the apps and moving all the data. Now when I try to launch parallels, i see that it asks for the license. I enter the license key and then it tells me that it has to activate the license on this macbook and deactivate on any other mac (i don't have any other mac, but i can understand parallels confusion). When I click on activate on this mac, it gives me the error saying the maximum number of activations have reached. I ran the command in the message above but I get the following:

$ prlsrvctl activate-license-online

Failed to activate the license: Unable to confirm the product license. Please activate the product first.

Can you please help me with this?

Hello ??? anybody there ???

If you're activating Parallels Desktop for Mac or Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition, ensure that you have signed in to your user account in the Parallels cloud.

To ensure the valid sign-in status enter the command:

prlsrvctl web-portal signin [email protected]

where [email protected] is the email of your Parallels user account. Type your Parallels account password when prompted.

tRY THIS one and you will sure this is working .

I have a similar circumstance where I restored from a time machine backup and I am unable to activate my instance of Parallels. I am prompted with a license already in use error. Can someone assist?

We have made some changes. Try to activate Parallels Desktop.

I have a similar circumstance where I restored from a time machine backup to a new Macbook Pro. I have signed out of Parallels Desktop on the old Macbook, but I am unable to activate my instance of Parallels on the new MacBook Pro. I am prompted with:
You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key

I have tried entering from Terminal:
prlsrvctl activate-license-online

But get the same error
Thanks
Keith
