Same issue here, Parallels Desktop 11 on a Mac OS X El Capitan, when activating my license I'm getting the message "Unable to perform the operation. Please check the internet connection and try again". Firewall is off, no proxies, all forum suggestions checked but no one is working. I'll appreciate your feedback.
