Only way to contact support is Facebook or X

I don't use Parallels all that often but I keep a subscription just in case I need it. I just needed to ask a question and it looks like the only way to contact support is through Facebook or X??? What do you do if you don't have accounts on either of these? Weird if true. Is there no other way to chat or contact?
 
I have the same concerns. I have submitted a support 3 times and nothing shows that I asked for help
