Monitor 27 Inches

Hi all,
good day .
We install a new Monitor 27 inches monitor 4K that we used to connect from IGELOS12 device to VDI windows11 with Parallels Ras client 21.2.
Igel OS12 recognize the monitor 3840x2160 60Hz, the issue ia when connect via Parallels Ras to VDI , the VDI screen the same zoom , we cannot view al Windows 11 monitor .
We try to downgrade on Igel the resolution 2560×1440 but the zoom on Windows 11 is already present
My question is if the Ras Client management Monitor with 27 inches and 4K

The issue may be related to how the RAS Client handles high-DPI scaling rather than the monitor resolution itself. Check the RAS Client display settings for resolution, scaling, and multi-monitor support. Also check the Windows 11 VDI display scaling, as it may be set to 125% or 150%. Testing with 1920×1080 can help confirm whether the problem is specifically related to 4K/DPI scaling.
