Hello, we've made some changes with your Parallels Desktop 14 key. But also at your Parallels account we've found that your Parallels Desktop 16 has been deactivated.

I have the same issue. I have bought 12 and upgraded to 15. When I changed to a new mac, it shows "The previous activation key has not been accepted by the license server."
