Mac mini connected via HDMI - ONLY show Windows on monitor?

I only want to show Windows (parallels) on my monitor

Meanwhile, I want to access both Parallels and Mac OS via share screen share/chrome Remote Desktop

Of course, if I am doing things via Remote Desktop on Mac OS, it should not appear on the monitor, as the monitor is showing windows only

Is this possible?

Security -> Required password to Exit full screen mode and use full screen for VM
