Lost access to Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition (1 year)

Hi Support,
for some reason, a former colleague set up the Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition (1 year) license to his personal email address. Both the colleague and his email are no longer accessible. Since our company has an existing Parallels account, it would be helpful to transfer the license from the inaccessible account to the existing one.
