definitely not helped
changing there and back and to any other option and back, nothing happened, still no internet connection...
I have paid Parallels Deskop - the latest version on the latest MacOS

Hello,
As a possible solution, to allocate all resources to your Virtual machine, kindly follow the below steps:
1. Make sure that the Virtual Machine is Shutdown (Actions on top of the mac menu bar > select Shutdown).
2. Open the virtual machine configuration ( see: https://kb.parallels.com/117287 ) > Options > Optimization.
3. Set "Resource usage" to "No Limit".
4. Kindly set both option of Travel mode to "Never" by configuring in the virtual machine's ( see: https://kb.parallels.com/117287 ) > Options > Travel Mode
5. Verify if the issue still persists.
