Login to Windows 11

Whenever I login to Windows 11 it prompts me for a password for a USER that has been deleted.
I have to press the blue screen to get the current user to appear and then type in the PIN
Is there some way I can NOT get the deleted account to appear and just the current user? The deleted account was removed in the Control Panel, Users.
Is this a Parallels issue or a Windows 11 issue?

Greetings,
Thank you for your feedback.
To resolve the issue, please follow the steps below:
1. Open Parallels Desktop and Launch your Windows Virtual Machine then login through the current user.
2. Click on the Windows Start Icon > Type Regedit and press enter.
3. Navigate to the following Path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
4. Make sure you selected the Winlogon folder and on the right panel, please search for DefaultUserName and delete it (Right-click select delete)
5. Restart your Virtual Machine and it should no more auto-login to the deleted profile anymore.
Thank you!
