license reactivation parallels desktop 13

dear support, would you please help me with reactivating a parallels 13 license on a new mac. the option "activate on this mac" doesnt show up in the activation dialog and i have no possibility anymore to deactivate the license on the old mac. thanks... i tried the terminal options as well but no...
