intermittent internet connectivity disconnections

I am trialing Parallels 14.1.2 on my 2017 i7 13-inch MacBook Pro (running High Sierra 10.13.6) with my Windows 10 Bootcamp Partition running as the VM. I have allocated 8GB of the machine's 16GB of memory with 2 processors to the VM. My issue is that the VM loses internet connectivity for a few seconds every 30-60 minutes, which causes a couple applications that I am running to crash. I am using the shared network connection option. I have had this happen on two different wifi networks, so i have ruled out the network as the culprit. Furthermore, I am able to run this same Bootcamp partition in VMWare Fusion without this network disconnection issue. Any recommendations before my trial is up would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Hi, Parallels Desktop latest update (14.1.3) has been released yesterday, please update your version, reinstall Parallels Tools and check the issue once again.

Hi Maria, As you suggested I updated to 14.1.3 and reinstalled Tools. After running for about an hour I experienced a brief network disconnection in only the VM.

Then please go to Network and try to use a different configuration. For example, switch to wireless adapter and check connection.
 
My trial expires on March 25th, and I am hoping to resolve this network problem before then; otherwise, I will need to use VMware Fusion. Are there any advanced settings I should try in order to resolve this connection problem, in which nearly every hour my windows connection will disconnect for about a second?

It literally disconnects briefly exactly every hour.
 
Sorry I never heard back from anyone at Parallels to try to help me work through this network connectivity issue before my trial expired. You lost a customer who would have preferred to use Parallels and instead will remain with VMware Fusion.
