Hello, I need urgent customer service assistance with my Parallels for Mac Pro subscription. I purchased a Parallels for Mac Pro license earlier this year, but the license appears to have been disassociated from my account. I now need to activate it again urgently, or I will lose access to my Windows 11 VM within the next two days. I have attempted to log into the Parallels website and open multiple support tickets, but I have not been able to get proper assistance. The available customer service options are extremely limited, the chatbot has not been helpful, and the website support flow has been very difficult to navigate. This is very frustrating because I have an active paid subscription, but I am currently unable to use it. I need someone from Parallels support to help reconnect my subscription/license to my account as soon as possible. Can someone please advise how I can get my subscription restored or escalate this to the appropriate support team? Thank you.
