How can I deactivate my Parallels Desktop 10 license

Hi,
I'm trying to transfer parallels 10 from old mac to new mac. and can't do it.
I've tried this:
1. Quit Parallels Desktop, then try to activate after launching it again.
2. If you are still unable to activate, Open Terminal on the Mac and execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online

The command worked for me in the old mac, but doesn't work on the new mac, I got this error:
"Failed to activate the license: Unable to confirm the product license. You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key (http://www.parallels.com/eula). Please purchase a new product license."

Thanks - this worked after a second try.

I just got a new computer but can't activate my code because it says I've reach my limit. Can you reset/remove my current install so I can reinstall Desktop 10? Thanks!

Hi there,
my activation license Of Parallels 10 has gone :-( . I've just upgrade my system to mac Os HS and now Parallels 10 won't boot. it shows a message with the text "You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key (http://www.parallels.com/eula). Please purchase a new product license." I made nothing. I do not have other computer and I do not know what happened. I've tried to reinstall the App but I have no luck and the message remains in the activation window.
Please, I need your help.
Thank You.

I already tried, with no success to:
