Failed to install ubuntu server 16.4, 16.10 on Mac with parallels 13.3.10

Hi, after downloading iso files of ubuntu server 16.4 and 16.10,
I tried to install them with parallels 13.3.10 as "Install Windows or another OS from a DVD or image file"
and got error:
Failed to retrieve the preconfiguration file
The file needed for preconfiguration could not be retrieved from
file:///preseed/custom/preseed.cfg.
What am I missing?
 
Same Error message. I tried downloading new images and different versions of server. AMD64

Is it a issues with ADM64 vs i386?
