How to download and install Parallels 14 on a new computer
If you already have a Parallels Desktop 14 license code and you changed your computer, you can reinstall it like this:

Step-by-step guide
1. Download Parallels Desktop 14
Go to the official Parallels website and download Parallels Desktop installer.

Then:

  • Install it on your new computer
  • Follow the setup instructions
2. Activate with your license key
After installation:

  • Open Parallels Desktop
  • Click on "Activate" or "Enter License Key"
  • Enter your existing Parallels 14 code
3. If you get an "already used" error
This usually happens if the license is still active on your old computer.

Fix:

  • Open Parallels on your old computer
  • Go to Help → Deactivate License
  • Then try activation again on your new computer
4. If you don't have access to the old computer
If your old PC is not available:

  • Contact Parallels Support
  • Provide your license key and email
  • They can reset or transfer your license

Parallels 14 is an older version, so it may not work properly on newer macOS versions. If possible, upgrading to a newer version of Parallels is recommended for better performance and compatibility.
