Desktop icons, files and videos gone

Bit poster
Started using Parallels again, new feature? migrated my iMac desktop icons, file folders, and videos to windows desktop. I resolved that problem.
New Problem, where did all my files and videos go that were within those folders? HELP

Thanks for for contacting Parallels Support Team.

If you delete any Mac OS X file from the Windows desktop when the Mac OS X sharing is enabled, you will not be able to find it in Mac OS X Trash or Windows Recycle Bin. The file will be deleted from your computer permanently.

Do you have a recent backup copy of the files? or a recent snapshot of the VM after you copied the files from the MAC to the Windows virtual machine?

Thank You for your reply; I didn't delete any files, only quit the sharing between the home screens.
I know the files are there somewhere probably, I don't know how to find them.
