I restarted Parallels, and when it reopened, almost all of my desktop icons were missing. Everything was fine before the restart, so it must have been some update or something that messed up the desktop. Now when I run "ls ~/Desktop", it shows only one file, the icon for which isn't even...

Launching Parallels Toolbox under os sequoia transforms desktop icons into hidden files. Emptying caches, reinstallation does not fix the problem. Mac book pro 16 2019 2,4 GHz intel core I9

After installing the requested update for Parallels Toolbox for Windows, half of my desktop shortcuts are missing. I can revert to the previous Snapshot (thank goodness for that) but if I do the Update again the same thing happens. I have no idea why or what in this regard.

Started using Parallels again, new feature? migrated my iMac desktop icons, file folders, and videos to windows desktop. I resolved that problem. New Problem, where did all my files and videos go that were within those folders? HELP Thank You DaleR4
