Hi, in order to remove Parallels Desktop from your Mac please use these steps
Or you can also use the App Cleaner
Then please let us know and we will remove your Parallels account.

I have removed the software from my computer and i need help deleting my account. I do not want to be charged and you all have taken my money and i am not even using the software, please help me cut this off I DO NOT WANT YOUR SERVICE, BUT I DO WANT MY REFUND. Parallels didn't even do what i needed.
