I want to change my old email address to my to a new address. The old (work) email address is not accessible so it is not possible to confirm the change. How to proceed?

I want to change my old email address to my to a new address. The old (work) email address is not accessible so it is not possible to confirm the change. How to proceed? To which contact address should I send the old address with the new one in order to fulfill the change?
