Hi all.
Today i tried to change my account's email address to a new one. I ve no more access to the old email address (INVALID!). Your systems still respond confirmation link to the old email address. This does not work.
I created a new account with new email address. Then i tried to register my license keys with the new account. It failed. Your system reports: 'Keys already registered in another account.
Now I m in a deadlock. And we have a 'dead' account with my new email address. Sorry for that.
To avoid garbage in your databases: Can you as admin delete the 'dead' account (h********[email protected])?
Can you as admin change the email address in my original account? (Old: h*******[email protected], New: h***********[email protected])?
Please respond to my new address h**********[email protected].
