Can't print to label printer

Hello,
Just setup Parallels on new computer. I have added the printer on my mac and shared. Parallels sees the printer but is unable to print a test page or anything else. Please advise.

Please collect a technical report at the moment of issue reproduction (Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID as a reply to this post.
 
The printer can be added successfully in Windows, but print jobs do not print.

Basic Troubleshooting Steps:
  1. Check that the printer is powered on and connected.
  2. Restart the printer and computer.
  3. Clear all pending print jobs from the print queue.
  4. Reinstall or update the printer driver.
  5. Restart the Windows Print Spooler service.
  6. Print a test page to verify communication with the printer.

Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the printer drivers. Also, temporary disabling firewall settings might reveal if that's blocking the print jobs. Keep testing after each change.

I've found that using an epson color label printer can be a great alternative for high-quality label printing. They offer a range of models, and the setup is usually pretty straightforward, especially with their supporting software. If you consider switching, it might just solve those connectivity issues you've been having.
