Can't print to label printer

Hello,
Just setup Parallels on new computer. I have added the printer on my mac and shared. Parallels sees the printer but is unable to print a test page or anything else. Please advise.

I downloaded Bonjour for PC and it would not recognize the Zebra WD420 at all.

 

I'm able to add printer via windows add printer but it fails to print everytime.

The printer can be added successfully in Windows, but print jobs do not print.

Basic Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Check that the printer is powered on and connected.
2. Restart the printer and computer.
3. Clear all pending print jobs from the print queue.

I have already restarted both the printer and computer, verified the connection, and checked the printer settings, but the problem continues.
