Cannot start parallels - forces me to try to sign in, but cannot

When I try to start parallels 13, I am now asked to sign in to my Parallels account, but cannot. There appears to be no internet access via the Parallels window, but if I redirect through the "click here" hyperlink, I can access my account, yet parallels does not run. Interesting when I try to start windows the windows startup page says "suspended" even though I believe I shut windows down on the last reboot.

Q: Does parallels try to access a license server to allow it to run? I have used parallels for years with and without internet access with no problems.

Hi @RogerC6, port 443 is blocked by network security settings/firewall or on the company's server due to security restrictions. To fix the issue, please check out the instructions outlined in this article and keep us posted the results.
