Cannot shutdown Virtual Machine with Big Sur beta 4

I installed Big Sur beta 4 on Parallels. However I can't shutdown the virtual machine. When I select shutdown from the Actions menu, the selection box does not always appear and even when it does, nothing happens when I click on the Shutdown button. Any advise is helpful as I can't make changes to the Virtual machine especially resolution related ones.
