Cannot move license to new computer: Activation limit reached

Hi,
I am trying to install my perpetual key on a new Mac, but I get following error message: "This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies".
It used to be that it would prompt to deactivate key on old machine and move it to new one. This option is not showing anymore. Can someone from Support reset count please ?
