Cannot find the button for signing out

Hello, I just bought a new Mac. And I want to move the licence from the old Mac to the new one. So I need to sign out my account in the old Mac. However, there is no button in the GUI. my technical report number: 232243871. Please help!

The license that you have is a Business license hence please refer http://kb.parallels.com/122802 to deactivate your license from the old Mac.
