Cannot activate Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac under Mac OS X 10.13.16

Hi All,
I have a valid and registered Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac under Mac OS X 10.13.16 but I cannot activate them. Every time I enter my valid Login Credentials I got the message: Please check out your internet connect or click on this Link. Internet Connection works without any trouble, writing them on the mac. So this cannot be the issue. When I click on the Link i come to may account and nothing more happens. See uploaded Screenshot.
That is very frustating. I need to verify an application under Windows and cannot proceed.

Hello, I have the same problem, did you get your problem fixed. You get no help from parallels.

My problem is not yet fixed. I also get no help from parallels. Only Adverstising to purchase a new Version which i cannot install
That is very frustating.
