Cannot Access Mac files within Parallels, \\Mac\Home\Desktop not accessible

So whenever I open Parallels or Windows explorer, I get the error, "Windows cannot access \\Mac\Home\Desktop" with "The network path was not found" as the reason. Neither can I access Documents, Downloads, or any other Mac folder. Under Parallels Settings (Control Center), in Sharing, "Share Folders" is enabled for "Home Folders Only". And "Share Mac User Folders with Windows" is enabled for all available folders. I have not isolated the VM under security settings.
I've also reinstalled Parallels Tools several times, and rebooted the Mac.
