I’m contacting you regarding a recent email on renewal charge for my Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro subscription.

I canceld all my Parallels Desktop subscriptions about one or two years ago. Last year I was charged 69,99 €. I thought that maby I was too late for that one. Despite this, I recently got an email, telling, that my subscription will be continued at 28.09.2026 and I will be charged again for another one-year subscription.
I also checked my Parallels account, but I could not cancel the renewal or change an renewal setting that would allow me to cancel it.
I would therefore like to request the following as soon as possible:

- Please check and refund the one-year subscription charge 2025.
- Please cancel any subscription and/or permanently disable any auto-renewal so that I will not be charged again.
- Please remove my saved payment information associated with this subscription. I already stoped PayPal direct debit mandate to be sure.
- Please confirm once the refund and cancellation have been processed.
