Hello I got a cleverbridge charge 540417018 on my credit card for a parallels subscription I cancelled and then expired in august 2026. Its June 2026 and Im getting charged again. I do not have any active products in my dashboard so can support fully cancel my subscription(s) and refund me?
Same problem happened with me as well! Cancelled my subscription before free trial ended, but was still charged the amount next day, and moreover the subscription showed as expired in my account, but the app is still working!
