Apple Trackpad not working on VM

Lately my Apple Trackpad is not working AT ALL.
The forums offer no solution, only some that work for erratic or jumping scroll on trackpads, but I have not seen one in my searches of a solution for when it just stops scrolling.
Apple Mini M4, Tahoe 26.4.1, Parallels 26.3.2.
 
BTW I've been running Parallels for 4 years now with this same trackpad. So not sure what changed and I have not adjusted any settings in Windows nor my Mac IRT Trackpad settings.

Kindly proceed with the steps below:
1. Reproduce the issue.
2. Collect a technical report. To generate the report, right-click on the Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report, and provide us with the report's 9-digit ID in reply.

It is scrolling now - a forum suggestion to change Mouse settings in the "Windows 11 Configuration" Mouse and Keyboard - Mouse - Auto-detect for games and check Andvanced-Mouse pointer sticks at window edges - and my Trackpad now scrolls, however now it is very jumpy/lagging.
