    the same problem

I have the same problem. Coherence stopped working and before checking here I wanted to get the latest version to see if it was fixed.

I can't to update my copy of parallels 3.0.
I remember that parallels warned me one day that they have problems with the key of activation.

    What's wrong?

I thought i had registered, but i registered it again and it worked now. Maybe it was because i reinstalled it a couple weeks ago. Thanks.

Same issue - go to update, says I need to register. I have registered, but same window every time.

Same here. I've sent a note to Customer Service to find out what's up. I'll post if I hear back anything useful.

Stacey M - tell your boss you deserve a raise

After upgrading to Leopard I had to reinstall Parallels 3.0. But when I tried to upgrade I had similar activation problems as some of the folks in this thread.

I have spent the past 2 weeks emailing for support, called your support line, and even emailed my paid invoice trying to get the license code to re-activate my copy of 3.0 so I could upgrade. All without success.

And all it took was you pointing to this article:
    http://kb.parallels.com/entry/14/463/0/

So I could find the bloody license key sitting there in a file. Thank you.

Not a problem, Stacey! From my perspective, you guys do a great job (you've always been very responsive to my tech support requests), and I certainly understand the growing pains your company appears to be going through.

    Keep up the good work!

    Chris
