2 licenses failed to upgrade

Hi,

I bought 6 parallels 12 licenses last week. I had already installed 4 of the licenses by last night (August 21, 2017) and, therefore, got the upgrade to version 13 emails with new activation keys. However, I tried to install the remaining two licenses this morning but I am unable to figure out how to get replacement keys for the remaining two licenses to upgrade them to version 13.

Nevermind! It took a while but I did finally get an upgrade key from parallels and I'm assuming the same will occur once I activate my final license.

We are glad that you have received your upgrade keys. Make sure you also register your another license in Tech Guarantee period to receive an upgrade key.
