    Unable to install Parallels - error 15380

    Hi, like many others here in this forum, I can't install Parallels Desktop, which I just downloaded from the Parallels website due to the 15380 error. There is no other user with ID 0. I have created a stand-alone problem report with ID 205873161. How come, there is no universal fix for this? Thx.

    Use Detailed Log Messages keeps turning itself back on after being unchecked.

    Parallels Desktop for Mac 12.2.1 with Window 10 as guest. Running on Mac Pro with El Capitan. I keep trying to uncheck the box in preferences -> advanced -> Use Detailed Log Messages. After I uncheck it, in a few seconds, the checkmark reappears. What do I need to look for?
