activation limit

I am trying to use my licence for Parallels Toolbox on my new MacBookPro but am getting a message that I have already activated it on three computers. I no longer have these computers. I can't seem to find a way to deactivate these other computers. Does anyone know how I can deactivate them...

Hello, I bought a new Mac and got rid of the old Mac. So I tried to stop using Parallels Toolbox on my old Mac and activate it on my new Mac, but I couldn't migrate it because there was a limit. What should I do?

Hi, I've updated Parallels in august 2023. Since then I had to replace the motherboard on my Mac twice. On re-installing Parallels, not used on any other machine, I get the above message. Any ideas? Peter Broere
