Activation Limit

I am trying to use my licence for Parallels Toolbox on my new MacBookPro but am getting a message that I have already activated it on three computers. I no longer have these computers. I can't seem to find a way to deactivate these other computers. Does anyone know how I can deactivate them?

Your Parallels Toolbox with license key *****-ZWT7Y8 is expired.

If you are referring to another key, please send me a private message with the key for further verification.

I have a similar issue: the license is registered to my MacMini. I've bought now a new MacBook and did almost a copy of the MacMini. When trying to launch the "Application Deinstaller" on the ne MacBook it jumps to a new window, prompts the active license but asks nevertheless for an activation key.
