    Hello, I am trying to cancel my subscription as I no longer use the software. Would I be able to request a refund here?

    I have had parallels last year and was not aware it had been set up to automatically renew.
    I no longer have use for parallels so I would like to request a refund.

    I made 2 tickets already to ask a refund. The support team did refund my last wrong purchase. But now I made new one with the right product, which is:
    Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition

    But I am unsatisified with it and I made 2 tickets already, with no respond yet:

    i was charged for a subscription that i did not purchase. i put in for a refund request several days ago (using the chatbot) and have not heard anything back about the refund. id like to know why i was charged when i havent had an active sub in some time. if i dont hear something back by monday i guess ill have to file a charge back with my cc company. here is my cleverbridge reference number: 520132869. whats really strange is this sub doesnt even show in the portal for my account. i have mfa turned on.

    I bought Parallels Desktop Pro and not satisfied with performance for a game. I wrote support 2 times!

    Support contacted me for my refund request, asking for further confirmation which I did the same day. NO REFUND INITIATED YET. I can see if refund has been initiated since then, and I can see my card has not been recieved any refund INITIATION (and I can see that tho).

    WHy am I not been refunded yet? Why support has not resolved this and not replying to my confrimation since they asked me?

    Please resolve this!

    im thinking they had a breach or something. theres no reason i should have been charged in the first place. i didnt have auto renew set and when i go into my account i dont even show the new subscription yet my card was charged. ive now sent 4 unanswered requests for refunds. today im filing a charge back and will never use their products again. terrible service.

    ive provided this using the support bot three times. i also put this in two other threads.

    id like to understand why i was charged to begin with. i had auto renew turned off for my account so i should of never been charged to begin with.

    The renewal was for a purchase you made on 2024-12-03 but you didn't register the license to your Parallels Account, which is why you didn't find it.
    As the license was not used, we processed your refund request as an exception.
