    I am requesting a refund on my annual subscription. It renewed and I tried to reach someone within 3 hours of it doing so and couldn't. I don't even have a MacBook or MacOS based computer at all anymore so I literally couldn't even use this if I wanted to. Please refund this annual subscription I just paid for using on a computer I no longer have.

    Hello, I would like to request a refund. I haven't used parallels in months and was not aware that it was subscription based. I read the forums and saw that other customers were able to cancel their subscriptions and had refunds generated by helpful staff members.

    I recently purchased Parallels online and have tried to request a refund through Cleverbridge, and have been left in a constant loop conversation with a chatbot. can I please request and have the refund processed here? My order number is 508586376.

    Refund Request for Order #506487811- Repeated Requests Ignored: Dear Parallels Support, I am requesting a refund for my purchase made on Jun 20, Order #506487811. I have submitted multiple refund requests since June 23, but have not received any response or resolution. Please process my refund as soon as possible. I am still within a reasonable timeframe to request this, and your lack of response is unacceptable. i kept on sending requests before the 30-day policy expired, but no one answered me

    I purchased the Parallels macbook pro edition wrongly 3 days ago and i want to return the purchase but i am unable to find the return link, if someone can post the returns link or if a staff member can initiate my return request that would be great.
