Unable to activate older version of Parallels Desktop

Same problem for activating an old Legacy 8 license, we got a message to send the key to an e-mail that is sadly refusing any incoming mail. here the text:
Dear Sirs,
we are re-activating an old license on a Mac pro 2.1 machine, could you please provide the corresponding activation code?

I am having the same problem: I put my old hard drive in a new computer, and now I can't activate Parallels 11 Desktop. It says "Unable to perform the operation."
HELP!

I've exactly the same problem. Broken mainboard - switched SSD to identical MacBook and now I am unable to activate Parallels Desktop 11 again.

"Check your internet connection" error.

Please help me out of this mess. Thanks a lot in advance.

I can not ACTIVATE my "Parallels Desktop 18 for Mac Standard Edition's" PERMANENT LICENSE? The sign in/activate windows keep looping me in the same windows & won't let me in, would really appreciate some help?

Joining the chorus. Tried to run an existing install of Parallels 11 on an old Mac Mini, got unable to start, reinstall. Reinstalled, logged into my account, entered the license, got Unable to perform the operation. Please check the internet connection and try again.
