    Hi, I was charged last week for the next 1 year of parallels even though I don't need it anymore and thought I had cancelled my subscription. I no longer need it and have since gotten a different laptop. Could I get a refund for this year's charge?

    I have stopped using parallels and I just got charged $380 AUD on my card automatically . It's been a while since I used the parallels. Appreciate if you can cancel and refund the amount .

    Hello,

    Around this time last year, I purchased a one-year Parallels subscription. However, I stopped using Parallels in the past few months and expected the subscription to expire after one year. Today, I noticed that I was automatically charged for another year.

    Since I no longer use the product, could I cancel my subscription and receive a refund?
