I did not received the activation code after the Alipay payment

    I paid 388 rmb at 3rd Feb 2025 by Alipay for my desktop pro edition renew, however, I did not received the activation code till now, please contact me immediately and give me activation code or refund me.

    We have sent you another confirmation email again the same email address.
    Additionally, it seems that you have been able to register the license key.
