order is paid but the subscription still not update

my subscription ended at 8/16, and I renewal it this morning, the order is paid (according to my alipay), but the subscription still no refresh. What should I do now?
 
I have the same issue. I already renewed my subscription but cannot activate the license.

Please provide us with the error you encountered when you attempted to activate the license.
Please note that since this is an Upgrade license, to activate Parallels Desktop, you are required to also own a prior Parallels Desktop license key.

If you do not have this, you will not be able to make use of the upgrade license key.
