I have a 2019 15" MacBook Pro running Mac OS 11.0.1, and Parallels Desktop 16.1.1 and Windows 7. Sincere upgrading from Parallels 15, Parallels will refuse to start the first time. I just get a blank screen in the Parallels/Windows window. Nor error messages, no menubar, no nothin'. To recover, I go back to the Mac desktop or a Mac app, then right click on the Parallels or Windows icons in the toolbar and Quit. On the second try, Parallels and Windows start up fine. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Hello, did you try to reinstall Parallels Desktop? Also could you collect the tech report once the issue reproduced and post the report's ID here please?
