Catalina host, Mojave VM. Whenever the host screen saver quits, I get a grey stripe on the right side of the screen - see picture (fuzzy to reduce file size). Why does this happen? Clicking any icon on the grey stripe dismisses it.

I thought that, with coherence, the VM desktop icons would appear on the host desktop, but that doesn't happen. I have to open a VM Finder window and navigate to the desktop to see them. Is this a setting somewhere?

    Any help appreciated.
    Cheers!

Forgot to mention that the icons in the grey stripe are the VM desktop icons.

Thanks, Peterj18, but you didn't pay attention: the VM is MacOS Mojave, not Windows. And it's already set to never sleep.

Looks like that grey bar with the Mojave VM icons shows up whenever there is a notification on Mojave, and disappears when the notification is closed.

Hello, could you please reproduce the issue, collect the tech report right after that and post the report's ID here?
