"Please try to download the appliance again."

I am trying to download IE 11 in Win 7 Test Environment using Installation Assistant and every time I try I get "Please try to download the appliance again." I don't have anti-virus or firewall on, and port scan is successful. What could it be?

Hi, does the download process start? Does it interrupt during the download process?
